Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Regium Touch website (regiumtouch.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Regium Touch provides digital marketing, branding, content creation, website development, and training services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in a written proposal or contract before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all final deliverables created specifically for their project.
• Regium Touch retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Source files, templates, and proprietary tools developed by Regium Touch remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in the project agreement.
• All content on regiumtouch.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is owned by Regium Touch and may not be reproduced without permission.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals.
• A deposit of 50% is typically required before work commences unless otherwise agreed.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files.
• Late payments may result in paused deliverables until the outstanding balance is settled.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.

Revisions & Scope

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope, or changes to the original brief, may incur additional charges which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Training Programs

• Training fees must be paid in full before the program start date unless a payment plan is agreed.
• Training materials are provided for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
• Regium Touch reserves the right to reschedule or cancel training programs with reasonable notice. Full refunds will be provided for cancelled programs.
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the program and cannot be transferred.

User-Submitted Content

When you submit content through our website — including reviews, testimonials, or contact messages — you grant Regium Touch the right to use, display, and publish that content on our website and marketing channels. Submitted reviews are subject to approval and may be edited for clarity. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or spam content through any form on the site.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce website content without written permission.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

Limitation of Liability

Regium Touch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or training programs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. If you terminate a project in progress, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. Regium Touch may terminate or suspend access to the website at any time without notice for conduct that violates these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
