Regium Touch provides digital marketing, branding, content creation, website development, and training services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are agreed upon before work begins.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all final deliverables created for their project. Regium Touch retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. A deposit may be required before work commences. Late payments may result in paused deliverables until the balance is settled.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Regium Touch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
